Family partners since 2009

Based between Luxembourg and Brussels, Family Partners is a multi-family office founded in 2009. The young and motivated team puts its energy at the service of the client through a three-level support: 

  • A back office in charge of ensuring that data are always up to date (fees, taxes, MiFID, KYC, personal data, ...). 
  • Analysts ensuring that all clients' positions and portfolios are invested in the products or securities most in line with their expectations. 
  • Relationship managers conducting the reflection. 

This organization allows to raise points of attention and guarantees a thorough follow-up.

The strength of Family Partners lies in its independence. 

It does not own any products or any funds, which allows to position itself as the family CFO acting in the family’s best interest. The role of Family  Partners is to be aware of all details to be able to give the best advice to its customers while always letting them make the final decision.

Challenges

Digital transition to enhance market competitiveness

Family Partners wanted to go through a digital transition to position itself as cutting-edge on the market against competitors.

To achieve this objective, it was looking for a new PMS to improve consolidation and centralize as much information as possible for the customers through a CRM integrated with the PMS. In addition, Family Partners was looking to provide better analysis of charges on external banks and to further digitalize the company to be ahead of the curve in the Belgian market.

independents like us, which is why we want to be ahead of 
the curve on the market and move into the digital era.

Solution and results

Digital transformation and enhanced efficiency

To achieve this awaited transition, Family Partners screened the market for a provider and found WIZE by TeamWork. After cross-checking with other Family Offices who were already using WIZE, the team at Family Partners decided to go ahead with this solution as the offer fitted the needs.

During the implementation, change management required a lot of work but the whole team saw the potential with WIZE keeping in mind the goal of facilitating consolidation and alleviating workload while being in constant evolution, which eased the process.;

Perpectives

Future improvements to better meet clients needs

In order to keep encouraging the evolution, Family Partners plans to identify areas of improvement to further customize the tool to better fit its clients’ needs. 

Moreover, there is an objective of functional coverage increase through the implementation of management fees, reporting and e-banking access for customers. Family Partners is following step by step the potential of WIZE, continuing to build the model to target the use of its full potential especially in terms of CRM. 
The idea is to grow steadily, adding one functionality at a time once the previous one is up and running
